"I tried this brand on a whim and I am loving this pre workout as it has creatine and magnesium added into it. It mixes great and tastes incredible. I have noticeably more energy after taking it. I like to mix it with the Naked Harvest electrolytes in strawberry and kiwi flavour which matches so well, my ADHD makes it difficult for me to take everything I need in a day so mixing these two are perfect. I wish it had a bit extra creatine to bump it up to 5g but I just add that in additionally. Overall, great product and I can notice a difference especially on my runs, can’t wait to try out other flavours and the new performance range. NOTE, ensure you get the NH measuring spoons, I regret not getting them but I will do on my next order when I eventually try out the fruit tingle pre, YUM"
