WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Naked harvest is happy to replace any product that is faulty/damaged or doesn't meet specification. 

The cost of the return will depend on the reason for returning the product. If you have received a product that is faulty/damaged or you have received the incorrect item, the return label will be free. If you have purchased the wrong product or would like to exchange a product, you will be required to pay for the return label.

Although our aim is to create great-tasting, functional products, dissatisfaction of taste or functionality doesn't deem the product faulty.

 

SATISFACTION POLICY 

We are committed to bringing our customers the highest quality natural supplements. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your Naked Harvest purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price of the product.
    
Our Satisfaction Policy is including but not limited to full-sized supplements only, and will only apply to first purchases for each supplement. Only 3 servings may be missing in order to validate your refund. You must provide photo evidence of this to hello@nakedharvestsupplements.com. The customer must send the product back to Naked Harvest intact and cover all shipping and/or customs charges.
    
This policy expires 14 days (Australian orders) from the date of dispatch and 28 days for all international customers. Please contact hello@nakedharvestsupplements.com with your name, order number, and photographic proof in order for us to process your refund.
