WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Naked Harvest is happy to replace any product that is faulty/damaged or doesn't meet specification.
If you have received a product that is faulty/damaged or you have received the incorrect item, Naked Harvest will cover the cost of return shipping.
If you have purchased the incorrect product or would like to exchange an unopened product, you will be required to cover the cost of the return shipping.

We are committed to bringing our customers the highest quality natural supplements. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your Naked Harvest purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price of the product.
Our Satisfaction Policy is including but not limited to full-sized supplements only, and will only apply to first purchases for each supplement. Only 3 servings may be missing in order to validate your refund. You must provide photo evidence of this to email@example.com
. The customer must send the product back to Naked Harvest intact and cover all shipping and/or customs charges.
This policy expires 14 days (Australian orders) from the date of dispatch and 28 days for all international customers. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
with your name, order number, and photographic proof in order for us to process your refund.
