Australian Domestic last lodgement dates for Christmas delivery:

Australia Post has advised that in order to guarantee delivery by Christmas, final orders will need to be placed by the following dates:

  • Parcel Post – Saturday 12 December 2020
  • Express Post – Saturday 19 December 2020
Q: When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to have all orders shipped the same day if placed before 1pm (AEST).  Please note that during sale times, our dispatch time will extend to 1-2 days.

Q: How do I track my order?
Your tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped. If you do not receive this number, please contact our customer care team on hello@nakedharvestsupplements.com. Please remember to check your spam folder before you email us.
          
Q: How much is delivery?
Domestic Australian: For orders under $90, standard shipping is $7 and express shipping $10. For orders over $90 we provide free standard shipping with an option of adding express shipping for $10.
 

New Zealand: Shipping is a flat rate of $15 per order. All New Zealand orders will be shipped by standard international shipping.  

International: Standard shipping is a flat rate of $20 for small orders (1 product) or $30 for a large order (more than 1 product).

Q: Do I have to pay custom charges?

We do our best to make sure there are no charges but yes, you will be responsible for any customs or import charges. 

Q: What if I put in my address wrong?
Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address. If your purchase is returned to us and we are not at fault, you will be required to pay for the further shipping fee.
