Q:  When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to have all orders shipped the same day if placed before 2pm (AEST) Monday-Friday.  Please note that during sale times, our dispatch time will extend to 1-3 business days. 
Q: How do I track my order?
Your tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped. If you do not receive this number, please contact our customer care team on Be sure to check your spam folder too! 
Q: How much is delivery?
Please see below updated shipping costs in effective from 10th June 2022.
Domestic Australian: For orders under $100, standard shipping is $8 and express shipping $12. For orders over $100 we provide free standard shipping.

New Zealand: Express Shipping is a flat rate of $15 per order and Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $9 per order.

International: Standard shipping is a flat rate of $20 for small orders (1 product) or $30 for a large order (more than 1 product).

Q: Do you deliver worldwide?

Q: What is VIP Express Shipping?
Place your order and you'll jump the queue and receive priority dispatch PLUS you'll receive 3 free samples (don't worry, our team will ensure you receive samples of supplements that aren't in your order). This is the perfect option is for anyone who's just finished their last scoop of pre-workout and are desperate for a top up! (Please note all orders placed after 2pm with be priority dispatched the following business day).
Q: How long will my order take to get to me?
Australian Domestic Shipping:
Express Shipping: 2-7 business days after dispatch.
Standard Shipping: 3-14 business days after dispatch.
VIP Express Shipping - Jump the Queue and receive 3 FREE samples: 2-7 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping:
Australia Post does experience unforeseen delays from time to time, please visit the Australia Post website for the most up to date transit times to each country.
Q: Do I have to pay custom charges?

We do our best to make sure there are no charges but yes, you will be responsible for any customs or import charges. Please contact your local customs department for further details on charges.

Q: What if I put in my address wrong?
Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address. If your purchase is returned to us and we are not at fault, you will be required to pay for the further shipping fee.
