Domestic Australian shipping is a flat rate of $8 per order. All domestic orders will be shipped by express post.
We offer free express shipping on all domestic orders over $80.
New Zealand shipping is a flat rate of $15 per order. All New Zealand orders will be shipped by standard international shipping.
International standard shipping is a flat rate of $20 for small orders (1 product) or $30 for a large order (more than 1 product).

Q: How long will my order take to get to me?
Australia domestic shipping:
Express: next day delivery after dispatch.
Standard: 6-10 business days major metro areas.
Q. Do I have to pay custom charges?
We do our best to make sure there are no charges but yes, you will be responsible for any customs or import charges.
Q. What if I put in my address wrong?
Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address. If your purchase is returned to us and we are not at fault, you will be required to pay for the further shipping fee.
