We are currently hiring for the following positions:



Full-time & Part-time positions available

Reporting to the Operations Manager, You will be a key support to the operations team, responsible for the production and logistics process with general admin and day-to-day coordination with suppliers across all categories. You will support the process of product being developed, forecasted, ordered and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the operations Manager including processing of paperwork, updating of trackers and forecasting files
  • Raising and issuing purchasing orders to suppliers
  • Coordinate and manage freight bookings shipments with offshore suppliers 
  • Coordinate and process paperwork for shipments in a timely manner
  • Liaise with the Warehouse Team and Marketing Team regarding product deliveries
  • Undertake product registration in the inventory system, maintaining up-to-date data
  • Managing stock level & conduct exipiration audits
  • Review all forecasts monthly with operations manager and update relevant stakeholders of any changes. 
  • Liaising with Operations manager , CFO, E-comm Manager & Head Of Retail for forecast updates/changes
  • Monthly sales & Inventory reporting 
  • Management of new product sampling and sampling meetings
  • Liaising with suppliers on product sampling feedback and confirmations

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in production/logistics admin role 
  • Excellent interpersonal and clear communication skills - both verbal and written skills 
  • Good ability to build rapport and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Good problem-solving skills – ability to think on feet and open minded to new or different approaches to doing things 
  • Excellent organisation, administration and time management skills 
  • High attention to detail with high level of accuracy 
  • Good IT literacy, including experience with Instagram, spreadsheets and database applications
