Wellness Morning with Naked Harvest

Naked Harvest hosted the most beautiful morning at Greenhouse The Bathhouse to celebrate the launch of the new Strawberry Burst Gorgeous Greens 🍓

The morning started with a nourishing breakfast spread, which included a delicious coconut yoghurt mixed with the Strawberry greens — you have to try it! Following on from breakfast Georgie Stevenson hosted a beautiful mindset meditation, an adapted version of the meditations available on the RISE app. Lastly, the morning ended with a soak and steam session in the bathhouse surrounded by the incredible NH CO community 🧖‍♀️✨
