Vanilla Raspberry Protein Mug Cake

This recipe is gluten free, refined sugar free and vegan! Plus, it's packed full of functional, beneficial ingredients to promote a thriving body.  

What you will need:

  • 2 tbsp almond meal
  • 1 tbsp buckwheat flour
  • 1 tbsp naked harvest protein
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch vanilla
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tsp cashew butter
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 1 tsp maple
  • Dash almond milk
  • Handful frozen raspberries

 

Here's how to make it:

  1. Combine all ingredients and stir. 
  2. Microwave for 30 seconds - check consistency and microwave for another 30 seconds. 
  3. Enjoy warm and add some dark choc chips for extra decadence!
