HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Base layer:

• 45g rolled oats
• 10g chia seeds
• 15g Nu Harvest Caramel Biscuit THRIVE Plant Protein
• 180ml water
• 100g yoghurt
• 50g fresh strawberries, diced
• 1 Biscoff cookie (6g), crushed

Biscoff drizzle:

• 11g Biscoff spread
• 4g warm water
• 4g milk of choice

HERE’S HOW TO MAKE IT

1. Mix oats, chia seeds, protein powder and water in container of choice.
2. Cover & refrigerate overnight (or 4+ hours).
3. Once set, top with yoghurt and strawberries.
4. Mix drizzle ingredients until smooth & pourable.
5. Drizzle over the oats, then sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookie on top. Enjoy!
