• 300ml milk of choice
• 100g yoghurt
• 20g chocolate instant pudding mix
• 50g Nu Harvest Chocolate Moon Mylk

HERE’S HOW TO MAKE IT

1. Blend all of your ingredients in a blender until completely smooth and fully combined (you don’t want any powder pockets - this is what gives you that silky Creami texture later).
2. Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container. Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight. The base should be completely solid before spinning.
3. Place the frozen pint into your Ninja Creami and spin using the Lite Ice Cream setting.
4. If the texture looks crumbly after the first spin (this is normal!), add 1–2 tablespoons of milk and press Re-Spin once or twice until thick, creamy and scoopable.
