HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 1 medium banana
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
- 1 tbsp yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Pancake Batter THRIVE Plant Protein
- 3 tbsp plain flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
HERE’S HOW TO MAKE IT
- Mash ~3/4 of the banana in a small oven proof dish.
- Mix together remaining ingredients.
- Top with the remaining sliced banana.
- Bake at 180℃ for 22-25 minutes (skewer should come out clean). Enjoy!
