PB Choc Protein Cups

 Name a more iconic duo than chocolate and peanut butter?! This epic recipe by our favs @cleankweens is the perfect dessert treat. Not to mention, it's packed with protein, superfoods and minerals from our THRIVE Plant Protein range. This recipe is vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free. Enjoy! 

 

Here's what you'll need: 

  • 1/4 cup Naked Harvest PB brownie protein powder
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbs rice malt syrup/honey
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbs almond milk
  • Peanut butter to fill
  • Salt to top.

 

Here's how to make it: 

  1. Combine all ingredients, except the PB & salt, in a bowl.
  2. Add 1 tsp of mixture into 6 small, lined muffin holes.
  3. Add 1/2 tsp PB on top of the mixture.
  4. Spread remaining mixture evenly on top of the 6 cups.
  5. Sprinkle salt over the top & pop in the fridge to set!
