HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• 4x Weet-Bix, crushed
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 2 tbsp Nu Harvest Vanilla THRIVE Plant Protein
• Lemon
• Toppings: 100g white chocolate (normal or sugar free) & lemon zest

HERE'S HOW TO MAKE IT

1. In a bowl, combine crushed Weet-Bix, milk, maple syrup, Nu Harvest Vanilla THRIVE Plant Protein and a generous squeeze of lemon. Mix until well combined.
2. Press the mixture firmly into a lined loaf tin and smooth out the top.
