• 2 cups almond flour

• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1/4 cup coconut oil
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• Dark chocolate chips
• Dark chocolate, melted + 1/4 cup coconut cream

HERE’S HOW TO MAKE IT

1. Combine everything in a mixing bowl except for chocolate chips, dark chocolate coconut cream.
2. Once combined stir through chocolate chips.
3. Press cookie dough mixture into a silicone loaf tin and press to flatten.
4. In a small mixing bowl, combine melted dark chocolate and coconut cream and smooth over cookie dough.
5. Set in freezer for 2-3 hours.
6. Slice and enjoy!
