Here's what you'll need
- 2 cups oats, 1 cup blended to a fine flour
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Pancake THRIVE Plant Protein
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup coconut milk

Here's how to make it
- Preheat oven to 180C
- In an oven safe baking dish add your oats, blended oat flour, protein, and baking powder. Add in the maple syrup, yoghurt and coconut milk.
