HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED

For the base:

  • 2 whole Weet-Bix
  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Nu Harvest Functional Chai Latte (optional)
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice

For the yoghurt layer:

Toppings:

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped

HERE'S HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Crush your Weet-Bix into a bowl/container.
  2. Add in the carrots, walnuts, Nu Harvest Chai Latte powder, and milk, and mix until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix yoghurt and Nu Harvest Vanilla Plant Protein until smooth. 
  4. Spread evenly over the base.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat cream cheese for 15-20 seconds (until just melted). Spread evenly over the yoghurt layer and top with chopped walnuts.
  6. Place in the fridge for at least an hour (overnight ideally) and enjoy!
