Terms and Conditions for Naked Harvest's “NH CO Retreat Giveaway" 2023

1. The Promoter is [Naked Harvest Supplements], [37 Alex Fisher Dr, Burleigh Heads, QLD 4220], [ABN 45 634 027 473], [Promoter].
2. This giveaway is a game of chance. All entries must be an independent submission by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third-party rights.
3. Entrants must be 18 years old and over, or supervised by a guardian. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter this competition.
4. Entrants must have a valid residential address.
5. The “NH CO Retreat Giveaway” will be promoted exclusively through our website and social media channels, but entrants will be required to sign up to the NH Collective Rewards Program for the duration of the competition.
6. To enter this competition, entrants must:
1. Sign up to the NH Collective between 21st June 2023 — 31st July 2023. Click here to sign up.
2. All entrants must register their entry via our registration form and complete ALL fields including first and last name, email address and phone number. Please ensure that the email you use to enter matches the email you use to sign up to NH Collective. All fields in the entry form must be completed to qualify.

7. 1 winner will be selected and judging will be picked at chance from Georgia Stevenson & Coopa Stevenson (Naked Harvest Supplements co-founders).  
8. All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use an entrant's name for any commercial purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or extend this competition.
11. The prize consists of 2 nights at Belle Helena Private Retreat in Byron Bay QLD Australia for up to 20 guests. The prize must be redeemed within 12 months and can not be booked during the peak months of December, January, March and April. The prize does not include flights and transport to and from the property.
12. The prize will be invalid and a new winner will be chosen if the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days by Naked Harvest.
13. Entries are valid from Wednesday 21st June 2023 12AM AEST to Monday 31st July 2023 12PM AEST.
14. Entries will be judged at the Promoter’s Head Office within one day of the closing of the competition (31/07/23 12PM AEST). The judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered.
15. The Promoter will contact the winner via phone or email hello@nakedharvestsupplements.com (if winner cannot be reached by phone).
16. If the winner is uncontactable or does not agree to redeem the prize within 7 days of winning, entries will be re-judged and a new winner chosen at the Promoter’s Head Office within 48 hours.
17. The winner is responsible for any tax implications which may arise by accepting the prize.
18. The competition is open worldwide.

20. By entering this competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
21. Per Instagram rules, this competition is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram. By entering this giveaway, entrants confirm they are 18+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
