Terms and Conditions for Nu Harvest's "Gwinganna x Nu Harvest Giveaway" 2026

1. The Promoter is Aspyn & Co Pty Limited trading as Nu Harvest, 37 Alex Fisher Dr, Burleigh Heads, QLD 4220, ABN 45 634 027 473 ("Promoter").

2. This giveaway is a game of chance. All entries must be an independent submission by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third-party rights.

3. Entrants must be 18 years old and over. Employees of the Promoter and Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat & Spa Pty Limited ("Gwinganna"), and their immediate family members, are ineligible to enter this competition.

4. Entrants must have a valid Australian residential address.

5. To enter this competition, entrants must, via the dedicated giveaway landing page:

1. Provide their full name, email address, and mobile number.

2. Agree to opt in to receive marketing communications (including by email and SMS) from both Nu Harvest and Gwinganna. All fields in the entry form must be completed to qualify.

6. Bonus entry: Entrants who additionally follow both @nakedharvestsupplements and @gwinganna on Instagram will receive one additional entry into the competition. This is optional and not a condition of a valid first entry.

7. 1 winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

8. All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use an entrant's name for any commercial purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or extend this competition.

11. The prize consists of:

1. One "Wellness Weekend" retreat experience at Gwinganna Retreat & Spa for two (2) guests, comprising: two (2) nights' accommodation (Orchard Room or Villa Room only); one 50-minute Classic Massage; all organic meals and snacks, barista coffee, herbal teas, and an evening glass of organic wine; a wellness seminar; access to all wellness facilities and scheduled activities including Qi Gong, yoga, hiking, and sauna; and complimentary transfers from Gold Coast Airport at set times ("Gwinganna Retreat Experience"). Indicative value: $3,790.

2. 2 x $1,000 Nu Harvest vouchers.

3. Total indicative prize value: $5,790.

4. The Gwinganna Retreat Experience applies to new bookings only, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, is available for Orchard Room or Villa Room types only, is subject to availability, and must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner being announced.

5. The prize does not include flights or transport to and from Gwinganna, other than the complimentary Gold Coast Airport transfers included above.

2. The prize will be invalid and a new winner will be chosen if the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days by Nu Harvest.

3. Entries are valid from 12:00am AEST 1 August 2026 to 11:59pm AEST 31 August 2026.

4. Entries will be judged at the Promoter's Head Office within 3 days of the closing of the competition. The judge's decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. The Promoter will contact the winner via phone or email hello@nakedharvestsupplements.com if the winner cannot be reached by phone.

6. If the winner is uncontactable or does not respond within 7 days of being notified, a new winner will be chosen at the Promoter's Head Office within 48 hours.

7. The winner is responsible for any tax implications which may arise from accepting the prize.

8. The competition is open to Australian residents only.

9. Gwinganna is responsible for coordinating the booking and redemption of the Retreat Experience with the winner. Nu Harvest is responsible for issuing the Nu Harvest Vouchers to the winner. Any complaint or dispute relating to the Retreat Experience will be handled by Gwinganna; any complaint or dispute relating to the Nu Harvest Vouchers or products will be handled by Nu Harvest.

10. The Promoter's Privacy Policy is available here. Gwinganna will handle any entrant data shared with it in accordance with its own privacy practices.

11. By entering this competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

12. Per Instagram rules, this competition is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram. By entering this giveaway, entrants confirm they are 18+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram's terms of use.
