Here's what you'll need:

• 2 NH scoops of Vanilla Pancake Batter THRIVE Plant Protein
• 1/2 cup dried fruit (we used dried cranberries & apricots)
• 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
• 3 tbsp coconut oil
• 200g white chocolate melts
• Christmas sprinkles

Here's how to make it:

1. Add all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined

2. Add white chocolate & coconut oil in a bowl and use 20 second intervals in the microwave

3. Combine the white chocolate mixture with the dry ingredients

4. Spoon the mixture into a slice pan and smooth the top

5. Sprinkle your desired toppings on top and let set in the fridge for 1-2 hours

6. Once set, break into pieces, serve and ENJOY!
