Vegan Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

Hanging out for the perfect vegan PB flavoured snack that's both nutritious, healthy AND delicious? The girls at @cleankweens have created the ultimate nutritious peanut butter protein cookie to satisfy those 3pm cravings, using our THRIVE Plant Protein in Peanut Butter Brownie.

It's time to get baking #NHgang! 

 

This recipe is vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free.  

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 

  • ½ cup peanut butter (wet)
  • ¼ cup rice malt syrup or honey (wet)
  • ¼ coconut oil (wet)
  • 30g Naked Harvest Peanut Butter Brownie Protein
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • ¼ cup cacao nibs

 

HERE'S HOW TO MAKE IT:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients and stir.
  3. Push 1 tbs worth of mixture onto a lined tray.
  4. Repeat until all mixture is gone.
  5. Bake on 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
