Thrive Protein Balls

Vanilla protein bliss balls covered in scotch finger biscuit dust

 

We’ve got the perfect afternoon treat that’ll hit the spot. We know they won’t last long, they sure didn’t in NH HQ. Created by the lovely Prue from @earthfulbliss, a super simple and quick recipe bound to put the spring back into your step. Features our very own pancake batter THRIVE Plant Protein, great with an afternoon cuppa!

 

Here's what you'll need: 

  • 6 Medjool dates (pitted)

  • 1/3 cup Naked Harvest's THRIVE Pancake Batter protein powder

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 1/4 cup cashews

  • 6 vegan scotch finger biscuits (you can get these from Woolworths!)

  • 1 tbsp buckwheat

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp pink salt


Here's how to make it: 

  1. In a high-speed food processor, add 2 of the scotch finger biscuits and blend into a crumb. Pour into a bowl and set aside.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients into the food processor and blend until a dough forms.

  3. Use a tablespoon measurement to scoop out the dough and roll into balls. Roll each ball into the bowl of the biscuit crumbs to coat.

  4. Place protein balls into a lined container and refrigerate for 4 hours to set.
