HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Filling:

• 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 1/2 cup coconut or oat flour
• 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
• 1/4 cup cashews

• 1/2 cup passion fruit pulp (fresh or canned, strained)
• 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Coating (optional):

• 1/2 cup white chocolate pieces, melted

HERE’S HOW TO MAKE IT

1. Combine all filling ingredients in a food processor until finely chopped.
2. Roll into bite sized balls and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
3. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave and coat each ball (optional).
4. Refrigerate for another 10 minutes. Enjoy!
