HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
For the oats:
- 2 whole banana
- 200 grams rolled oats
- 60g Nu Harvest Chocolate Malt THRIVE Plant Protein
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200g Greek yoghurt
- 400 ml milk (any works fine)
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 100 ml hot water
Toppings:
- 300 grams Greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
HERE’S HOW TO MAKE IT:
- Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C fan forced).
- Whisk instant coffee and hot water together and set aside.
- In an oven safe baking dish, mash bananas. Add in oats, Choc Malt Plant Protein, cocoa powder, baking powder, milk, yoghurt and coffee. Mix until well combined.
- Bake in the oven for 35-40 mins. Once ready, set aside to cool for 10 mins.
- For the topping, whisk instant coffee and hot water together. Combine in a bowl with yoghurt and mix until smooth. Spread evenly over baked oats and dust with cocoa powder.
- Slice into as many pieces as you desire and store in the fridge in an airtight container. Enjoy cold or microwave for 1 min to serve warm.
