Here’s what you'll need
- 1/4 cup Naked Harvest's Caramel Filled Donut THRIVE Plant Protein
- 1 cup gluten free plain flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- ¾ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt)

Here's how to make it
- Place patty cases in a cupcake tray (makes 4-5 cupcakes). Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Divide mixture evenly into patty cases
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Meanwhile mix frosting ingredients together in a separate bowl.
- Allow cupcakes to cool once cooked.
- Spread icing and dust with cinnamon (optional)
