Healthier Chocolate Lava Cake

Our NH girl @nourishfulsabrina has created the ultimate Healthier Chocolate Lava Cake. Featuring our crowd favourite Chocolate Swirl THRIVE Plant Protein, this protein packed, rich and decadent dessert features a cakey outside and a irresistibly gooey chocolate centre.

Here's what you'll need:

LAVA CAKE:

• 1/2 cup of oat flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 tbsp NH Chocolate Swirl THRIVE Plant Protein
• 1 tbsp sweetener (can opt for sugar free)
• 3 tbsp milk of choice 
• Chocolate for the filling (opt for sugar free dark chocolate)

TOPPING:

• Icing sugar (optional)

Here's how to make it:

1. Preheat the oven to 180*C.
2. In a blender, blend all of the ingredients (except the icing sugar & chocolate) until a smooth consistency is reached.
3. Pour the mixture into a sprayed / non-stick ramekin. Then place the chocolate into the middle of the mixture. 
4. Pop into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
5. Once fulled cooked through, allow to cool for 5 minutes. Sift some icing sugar over the top and enjoy!
