Here's what you'll need

For the donuts

1/2 cup Naked Harvest Pink Musk Stix Plant Protein
1/2 cup gluten free flour
1 banana mashed
1 tablespoon dairy free butter (can sub for coconut oil)
3/4 cup plant based milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 teaspoon of baking powder

For the icing

3 teaspoons Pure Collagen (optional - remove to make recipe vegan)
3 tablespoons of plant based milk
3 drops of red colouring
3 tablespoons of icing sugar
Toppings of choice - we used pink sprinkles

Here's how to make it

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Combine all donut ingredients into a large mixing bowl & stir until well combined.
Using a teaspoon, place your donut mixture into a donut mould that holds 6 donuts.
Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes (or until golden brown).
While donuts are baking, make icing by combining all icing ingredients and stir until well combined.
Once donuts are cooled, use a teaspoon to pour icing over donuts and sprinkle toppings while icing is still slightly wet.
