Cookies & Cream Baked Oats

You better keep reading thenĀ NH gang!Ā Our NH girl @nourishfulsabrinaĀ has whipped up a storm in the kitchen šŸ‘©šŸ¼ā€šŸ³ Featuring our NEWEST Cookies & Cream THRIVE Plant Protein, these Baked Oats will promote a THRIVINGĀ body from the inside outĀ & will satisfy your wildest cookie dreams!

Here's what you'll need:

  • 2/3 cup of oat flour
  • 1 scoop/serving of NH Cookies and Cream THRIVE Plant Protein
  • 1 tbsp of granulated sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2/3 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1-2 drops of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yoghurt (I used coconut) + plus more to top off
  • 1 crushed oreo cookie + more to sprinkle on top

Here's what you'll need:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200° C
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients together and then mix in the vanilla, milk, and yoghurt. Stir in the crushed Oreos.
  3. Pour 3/4 of the oat mixture into a ramekin, layer on 2 TSBP of yoghurt, and then top with the remaining mixture.
  4. Pop the ramekin into the oven and bake for approx. 25 minutes
  5. Top with yoghurt and crushed Oreos
  6. ENJOY!
