Cinnamon & Almond Butter Smoothie Bowl

What you'll need:
- 2 frozen bananas
- handful of ice
- 1 tsp almond butter

- 1 tsp of each cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
Here's How to Make It:
- Blend all together until smooth
