Christmas Chocolate Crunch

Created by our NH gal @lilyturtonfit, this Christmas Chocolate Crunch is vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free. They look amazing and we bet they taste even better!
Here's what you'll need:
BASE
- 2 1/2 cup puffed rice
- 80g chocolate
- 1/3 cup Naked Harvest Chocolate Swirl THRIVE plant protein
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
TOPPING
- 3/4 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup Naked Harvest Christmas Cinnamon Cookies THRIVE plant protein
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Here's how to make it:
- Melt chocolate in microwave, then combine all base ingredients in a bowl.
- Evenly pour mixture into 6 cup silicone muffin tray.
- Combine all topping ingredients in a separate bowl & layer over base.
- Freeze for 4 hours and allow 10 minutes to defrost before serving.
