Our friends at @veganmindnsoul have created a Caribbean Ocean Smoothie Bowl 🏝 Using our fave Aussie summer fruits & our Mango Magic Gorgeous Greens, this smoothie bowl is a delightful taste of the caribbean ☀️

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 1 cup frozen mango & pineapple mix
• 1 cup coconut milk, preferably frozen cubes
• 1 tbsp NH Mango Magic Gorgeous Greens
• 1 tbsp blue spirulina
• ¼ cup coconut milk
• Toppings: Granola, Kiwi & Coconut flakes

HERE’S HOW TO MAKE IT:

1. Before getting started, place 1 cup of coconut milk into an ice tray & freeze until milk is frozen.
2. Simply add your frozen mango & pineapple, coconut milk, Gorgeous Greens, blue spirulina, frozen coconut milk cubes and coconut milk into a blender and mix until a thick consistency is reached.
3. Serve into a bowl, add desired toppings (we’ve used granola, kiwi & coconut flakes) and ENJOY!
