Caramilk Protein Slice

Happy Easter NH gang! Of course we couldn’t miss the opportunity for Easter creations featuring our limited edition NH x GS White Choc Caramel Swirl (Caramilk inspired) THRIVE Protein!

Here's what you'll need:

Base -

  • 1/2 cup rice malt syrup
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 50g Caramilk chocolate
  • 100g rice puffs
  • 1 serve NH White Choc Caramel Swirl Thrive Plant Protein
  • 10g shredded coconut (or whatever you feel) 😂

Topping -

  • 100g Caramilk chocolate
  • 10g coconut oil

Here's how to make it:

  1. Line a square baking dish with baking paper and set aside⁠ (or cupcake tray)
  2. In a large bowl, add rice puffs, protein powder and shredded coconut and mix to combine⁠
  3. In a separate heat proof bowl, add rice malt syrup, peanut butter and Caramilk and place in the microwave for 30 seconds. Mix with a spatula, then repeat for another 30 seconds until chocolate is melted and all is combined⁠
  4. Add chocolate mixture to rice puff bowl and mix well. Press mix into the base of prepared pan, then pop into the fridge while you make the topping⁠
  5. Place the remaining Caramilk chocolate and coconut oil into the same heat proof bowl. Heat in the microwave for 30 second intervals, mixing between each one until chocolate is melted and mix is smooth⁠
  6. Pour over the top of the base, tilting tray side to side to cover evenly with the chocolate. Please back into the fridge to set, then slice and enjoy!⁠ Makes 16
