Naked Bites are a nutritional powerhouse, packed with protein, fibre, vitamins, and minerals. They're the perfect little snacks that give you a boost of goodness. Plus, they're vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and free from refined sugars. No hidden nasties here - we promise! Let’s dive into why these balls make a healthy protein packed snack.
Naked Bites contain plant proteins such as fava bean protein and pea protein making these suitable for our plant-based gang who need a little more protein in their lives. Fava bean is a nutritious plant-based protein as it contains all of the essential amino acids, making it a complete protein. Pea protein also adds to the protein content of the bites, which is easy to digest.
The bites are also made with rice and coconut flour which makes them gluten free - making them also suitable for our NH gang who are coeliac/gluten intolerant. Chia seeds are packed full of fibre which helps to make these bites a great snacking option as you will feel fuller and more satisfied for longer. They also have organic cacao nibs (natural choc goodness) added for extra crunch and antioxidants. Elderberry and camu camu also add to the vitamin and mineral content.
The best part? They don’t require any special cooking skills to make, and only need a few ingredients to create! Just add coconut oil and nut butter for the Cookies & Cream (both containing healthy fats for extra energy), and rice malt syrup. Naked Bites have no refined sugar, but are instead naturally sweetened - making them the perfect treat if you're craving something sweet without all the refined sugars.
