Choc Peanut Butter Rice Crispies

Here’s What You’ll Need
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (120g)
- 1/2 cup rice malt syrup or honey (120g)
- 3 cups rice crisps (100g)
- 1/4 cup Vanilla Pancake Batter or Chocolate THRIVE Plant Protein (30g)
- 100g chocolate, melted
Here’s How To Make It
- Mix the peanut butter and rice malt syrup together in a bowl (add 1/2 tbs melted coconut oil if the peanut butter isn’t runny or microwave for 30 seconds if needed so it’s easier to mix).
- Add the rice crisps and protein powder, mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a lined container/brownie tin and press down with a spatula.
- Heat the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second increments until melted. Pour on top, optional to sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
- Place in the fridge or freezer for at least an hour to set. Slice into 12 squares.

Here’s What You’ll Need
- 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 ½ cups milk of choice
- 2 cups oats
- 1/4 cup Vanilla Pancake Batter THRIVE Plant Protein (30g)
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup flaked almonds
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt, to serve
Here’s How To Make It
- Mash the bananas in an oven proof baking dish.
- Mix in the maple syrup, milk, lemon juice & zest, oats, protein powder and baking powder.
- Fold in 1/2 the blueberries then top with remaining blueberries and almonds.
- Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes or until golden and set.
- Cool slightly, then divide into 4 portions and top with yoghurt. Serve cold or warm.

One Pan Chicken Fajita Traybake
Weeknight dinner doesn’t get much easier (or tastier!) than this one-pan wonder. Lean chicken, colourful capsicum and red onion are tossed with fajita seasoning and roasted to perfection, creating a high protein, veggie packed meal with minimal fuss. Served with creamy Greek yogurt, mashed avocado, and warm tortillas, it offers a balanced mix of protein, fibre and healthy fats. It’s a crowd-pleasing dish that fits seamlessly into your weekly rotation.
Here’s What You’ll Need
- 500g chicken breast or thigh, sliced
- 3 capsicums, sliced
- 2 red onions, sliced
- 1 packet fajita seasoning
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt (240g)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 12 mini flour or corn tortillas, warmed
- Fresh coriander, optional
Here’s How To Make It
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Add the chicken, capsicum and red onion to a large baking tray. Drizzle over olive oil and fajita seasoning, toss well to coat.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway or until chicken is cooked through and browned.
- Mix the yoghurt, lime juice, honey together. Season with chili & lime salt to taste.
- Mash the avocado in a bowl, season with chili powder, salt and pepper to taste.
- Warm the tortillas then top with lime & honey yoghurt, avocado and coriander to serve.
