I liked the watermelon but didn’t enjoy the other flavours. I didn’t get the caffeine-free boost I was looking for so I’m not going to get any more. It does dissolve smoothly & it’s good quality so you can’t lose in giving it a try.

The texture wasn’t grainy, they did a job good for my workouts. I only knocked a star off due to the fact I didn’t like how they made my whole body itchy. ❤️🥰

First time trying stim free pre workout. Flavours were ok, a bit sweet for me.
First workout I felt I was missing the stimulant and didn't perform as well as previous, but today performance was good, but skin felt tingly.

There is an ingredient in our Pre-Workout called Beta Alanine which is designed to improve and boost your workout performance by reducing fatigue and increasing your endurance. Some people can experience a tingly effect from this ingredient which is normal especially if you are sensitive to it. If you are experiencing this effect and don’t like it we recommend to reduce your dose of Pre-Workout to half a serving x
Firstly, I loved being able to buy a sample pack before committing to a flavour. The stim free pre-workout was perfect because I work out in the afternoons. I loved the taste - there are no gross chemical type tastes like with other pre-workouts. It made me feel great and definitely improved my performance during my workout. I will be purchasing a full size one asap!
