> All initial orders from Wellness Within Retreat with Naked Harvest & Rise and Conquer are seen as deposits, and all outstanding amounts must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined above.

> Failure to make payment may result in loss of your space at the retreat. All retreat spaces are non-refundable.

> Some room types include sharing a room (Comfort Shared Rooms), we will do our best to connect you with a compatible roommate. Other room types may include shared facilities, please see room for more details. You cannot bring a guest with you, due to the privacy and intimacy of the event. All attendees must be 18+

> The price will cover the cost of the retreat accommodation, meals and activities. This cost will not cover additional transport to the location, and that is to be self organised.

> Naked Harvest & Rise and Conquer will offer pick up times from Coolangatta Airport as travel is finalised by guests, but that pick up is not guaranteed due to varying travel schedules from partners.
