Vanilla Protein Pancakes

Start your day right with this drool-worthy pancake stack. This Vanilla Protein @geneschesser will fill you up and satisfy all your breakfast cravings. Enjoy! 

Here's what you'll need: 

  • 2 eggs: Can use chia or flax egg if vegan

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup GF oats

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 2 tbsp Vanilla vegan protein powder: I use Naked Harvest's one! 

  • Dash of almond milk or water 


Here's how to make it: 

  1. Simply blend all the above ingredients in a blender.

  2. Using a pan over medium heat, grease with vegan butter or coconut oil and pour the mixture into circles.

  3. Flip once little bubbles form on top or for about 2 minutes each side.

  4. Plate and top with your favourite fruit and vegan coconut yoghurt!
