Q. What does a “healthy” lifestyle look like to you?
A healthy lifestyle to me is 'everything in moderation'. I love getting active don't get me wrong... but I also love being a slob and watching movies in bed when I'm feeling run down!Â
Q. If you had to cook one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?Â
That's a hard one! I would probably have to say good greek salad. Can't go wrong!
Q. What are three habits that have improved your life dramatically?
Everything in moderation, weight training and drinking lots of water.Â
Q. What is your favourite way to move your body?Â
I love weight training or dancing.Â
Q. What is the biggest lesson you’ve learnt on your health journey, that you want to share with others?
That I am beautiful and loved, no matter what size I am!Â

I love the vanilla shortbread flavour! It's incredible in my morning smoothie!
Recipe: I have frozen berries, banana, the protein powder, greek yoghurt and honey!
