What You'll Need:Β
- 30g Naked Harvest Thrive Mango Cheesecake protein
- 1/2 cup oats
- 100g soy yoghurt
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp chia seeds

Here's How to Make It:Β
- Combine 1/2 cup oats with 100g soy yoghurt, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract + 1 tsp chia seeds.Β
- Mix well and allow to soak overnight.
- In the morning, combine one scoop @nakedharvestsupplements Thrive Mango Cheesecake Protein with enough water to make a mousse. Then stir into your Bircher mix.
- Spoon into a bowl and top with fruit of your choice (banana, peach, mango are amazing!) and hemp seeds.
