How To Make Your Naked Bites

We're so thrilled to introduce you to the latest addition to the NH lineup, Naked Bites! The perfect on-the-go, protein-packed snack that makes baking feel fun again. We’ve specially designed this protein ball mix so they're easy to make, nutritious, high in fibre & functional ingredients, and stripped back with no added nasties. Available in 2 mouth-watering flavours of Choc Fudgilicious & Cookies & Cream Crunch, our Bites are designed to satisfy that sweet tooth of yours. Oh, and did we mention that they're vegan friendly, gluten free, dairy free & refined sugar free, too? Keep on reading to find out how to make these bite-sized balls of deliciousness!

As the measurements will differ depending on the Bites flavour you choose, please refer to the nutritional panel of your mixture for measurements of your wet ingredients.

Step 1:

Add all of your wet ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until well combined. We recommend doing this prior to adding your Naked Bites dry mixture to ensure optimal consistency.

Step 2:

Add your Naked Bites mixture into the bowl. Stir until dry ingredients are mixed well with your wet ingredients.

HOT TIP: Don't worry if your mixture seems dry at the end of this step. Once the mixture is rolled into balls & refrigerated, your Bites will be the perfect consistency. If you need to though, feel free to add a dash of extra coconut oil.

Step 3:

Using your hands, roll your mixture into 20 bite-sized balls on a large plate. If you are making a slice, pat out to 2cm thick on a tray.

Step 4:

Cover your balls & transfer to the fridge. Allow at least 1 hour (or until chilled) before eating. Enjoy within 5 days.

Our Naked Bites non-bake protein ball mix is not only packed with protein, but is formulated with added nutrients and fibre for enhanced energy and wellbeing. The best part? It only require an extra 2-3 basic ingredients to make, and is ready to eat immediately! Available in Choc Fudgilicious & Cookies & Cream Crunch only on the Naked Harvest website. For more Naked Bites recipe inspiration, head over to the Naked Harvest Instagram.
