Healthy Caramel Banana Muffins

Here's what you'll need:
- 4 ripe bananas
- 12 fresh dates
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 2 scoops NH x GS White Choc Caramel Swirl Plant Protein
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 block Caramilk chocolate
Here's how to make it:
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Blend up all ingredients in a food processor (besides chocolate & 1 banana).
- Pour into muffin moulds and top with a slice of banana and 1 square of chocolate.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Melt remaining chocolate and drizzle on top
Makes 12 muffins.
