Healthy Caramel Banana Muffins

Here's what you'll need:

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 12 fresh dates
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 2 scoops NH x GS White Choc Caramel Swirl Plant Protein
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 block Caramilk chocolate

Here's how to make it:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C 
  2. Blend up all ingredients in a food processor (besides chocolate & 1 banana).
  3. Pour into muffin moulds and top with a slice of banana and 1 square of chocolate.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt remaining chocolate and drizzle on top

Makes 12 muffins.
