Featuring both our Chocolate Swirl THRIVE Plant Protein & OG Hot Chocolate Moon Mylk, these pancakes are the perfect breakfast for this Easter!
HEREāS WHAT YOUāLL NEED:
PANCAKES:
- 1/2 cup of oat flourĀ
- 1 scoop NH Chocolate Swirl THRIVE Plant ProteinĀ
- 1 tbspĀ of cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking powderĀ
- 2 TBSP of a sugar-free granulated sweetener
- 1/2 cup of plant based milk
- 2 TBSP yoghurt of choiceĀ
- Optional (add 1 TBSP NH Hot Chocolate Moon MylkĀ for an extra chocolatey flavour)Ā
FROSTING:
- 1 TBSP of cacao + sweetener to likingĀ
- OR 1 tbspĀ NH Hot Chocolate Moon Mylk
- 1/2 cup of thick yoghurt
HEREāS HOW TO MAKE IT:
- For the pancakes mix all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl then stir in the wet.
- Pour palm-sized amounts of the mixture for each pancake onto a nonstick/sprayed frying pan on low-medium heat, flipping each pancake once.Ā
- Stack the pancakes onto a plateĀ
- Combine the āfrostingā mixture and spread around the pancake stackĀ
- Add on your toppings e.g. easter eggs and cacao nibsĀ
- ENJOY this delicious stack
