Chocolate Black Bean Brownies

Dessert is served #NHgang! The ultimate chocolate brownie with a special ingredient, can you guess what it is? Rich and fudgy in texture, these are super decadent and will be sure to satisfy any sweet cravings. Plus they’re packed with protein featuring our Chocolate Swirl THRIVE plant protein and black beans. Created by the lovely @jess.a.finn.

Here's what you'll need:

• 2 tbsp Naked Harvest Chocolate Swirl THRIVE plant protein
• 2 tbsp cacao powder
• 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
• 1/4 can liquid from can of beans
• 1/4 cups coconut oil (melted)
• 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
• 3/4 coconut sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• pinch of sea salt
• 1/2 chopped walnuts
• 1/2 block plant based chocolate, chopped into chips/chunks
• natural peanut butter

Here's how to make it:

1. Pre-heat oven to 180C degrees celsius. Line baking pan with grease proof paper.
2. Add all ingredients except walnuts, chocolate, peanut butter to blender/ food processor & blend until smooth.
3. Mix through chopped walnuts & chocolate, pour into prepared pan and spoon 4-5 dollops of peanut butter, swirl through batter.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until top is dry and sides come away from pan.
5. Allow to cool before cutting and serving, or refrigerate to chill.
6. Enjoy!!
