Branched Chain Amino Acid Blend: A group of 3 essential amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine) - a ratio of 2:1:1 - that must be obtained through foods and supplements, as our body does not naturally produce these amino acids on its own! With protein anabolic properties, our amino acid blend may help assist in faster muscle recovery and restoration, meaning you may be able to workout longer and harder.
L-Glutamine: An amino acid that is used in the biosynthesis of proteins. Scientific studies have also shown that glutamine may also promote digestive health, brain health and boost exercise performance.
Sodium Chloride: This mineral salt is an essential ingredient in maintaining the electrolyte balance of our body’s fluids, and therefore assists in keeping our body properly hydrated.
Coconut Water: Coconut water contains natural electrolytes that our body uses to restore and maintain optimal hydration.

Directions
To open, tear tab from the back of the packaging (click through our product photos for a how-to video). Scoop 2 Levelled NH clip scoops or 2 tablespoons into 300-500ml of water. Shake well! For maximum performance, this is best taken as an intra-workout supplement.
