I use these almost daily in my workouts and I find they have been really helpful. They sometime can slip down but not to the point where it’s super annoying. They have a good range of motion. The first time I used them I was worried they would snap because I’ve never used resistance bands before and then went sure what to expect but they are super strong! Love them and so happy I decided to purchase. They really have changed my workout 💕
