Vitamin A: Vitamin A helps your baby resist infections and grow! Your need for vitamin A also increases while breastfeeding.

Scoop 3 levelled NH clip scoops (20g) of your Mylk Shake powder into 250ml of any liquid of your choice. Shake well!
